Zero Waste Weaving

Join Linda Ruggiero for an evening of up-cycling textile scraps into a beautiful woven wall hanging, headband or pair of coasters! In this 3-hour workshop you will learn the basics of hand weaving and will get to create a unique wall hanging to take home. We will explore different options for loom weaving, and you will be able to create your own loom from ordinary household items such as picture frames, cardboard and other materials.
No experience needed; all materials provided. If you have your own fabric or yarn scraps that you would like to use, please feel free to bring them.
This workshop is 3 hours long with a maximum of 8 participants. (12 years and older)
